Miracle in Progress Policy on Coronavirus

Following recent media announcements relating to the Coronavirus and the impact this may have on pregnant women we thought it wise to update you on the changes we have made at Miracle in Progress to ensure our clients and staff members safety. 

We have acted quickly to ensure we implement a robust and foolproof policy for all staff members to adhere to at all times. This provides guidance on the extensive measures that should be taken to ensure the clinic is cleaned to the highest standards before and after each visitor.

In addition to this we have endeavored to spread out appointments where possible in a bid to avoid any crowded periods within the clinic. We are also requesting any one that has been to any of the high-risk areas or been in contact with somebody suffering from Coronavirus to rearrange their appointment to a later date. In addition to this if you yourself have experienced any of the recognized symptoms such as:

  • Fever
  • Dry Cough
  • Shortness of Breath

We would ask that you rearrange your appointment to a later date.

Likewise, whereas we would normally invite all of your family members along for your scan we are currently requesting, where possible; that you only attend our clinic with minimal member/s of your family. We hope that this will also aid in our bid to keep our clinic a safe and welcoming environment for all those that visit and use our services. Whilst we do appreciate that this may come as a disappointment and we recognise it is a family occasion we feel that our obligations to our staff and customers at the moment outweighs this and hope that you can support us in the same.

By carrying out all of the above measures we hope to be in a position to continue to offer our services. We are continuing to follow government guidance and will follow the guidelines issued by The Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists.

As it stands it is business as normal and we are taking bookings as normal – should the situation change we will amend our website/social media pages to suit and notify any future appointments of the change.
